Construction of the Reading plant by the Reading Bone Fertilizer Company.
1915
By this time, Reading Bone fertilizers could be purchased all across the Northeast states.
1959
Creation of TIMAC AGRO and the Groupe Roullier.
1971
Building of the first granulation unit, in Saint-Malo, France.
1978
Opening of the first international TIMAC AGRO subsidiary, in Switzerland.
1984
Acquisition of a granulation plant in Lodosa, Spain and in Charleroi, Belgium.
1989
TIMAC AGRO creates the biostimulants market for field crops to limit the impact of abiotic stress.
1994
After five years under the name Reading Bone-Agway, the US-Reading site is bought by Moyer & Son Fertilizer.
2002
TIMAC AGRO acquires Moyer and Son and leases the Reading USA fertilizer plant.
2010
After consolidation in the Northeast, TIMAC AGRO USA expands to southern states.
2014
Under a new executive team, TIMAC AGRO USA restructures its business strategy and expands sales to the Midwest.
2015
Inauguration of the biostimulants plant in Reading, starting local manufacture of high-effiiency, patented liquid formulas and fertilizer additives.

Opening of the Roullier Global Innovation Center in Saint-Malo.

TIMAC AGRO partners with A&E Ag, in Michigan.

TIMAC AGRO partners with Circle R, in Illinois. Opening of the new headquarters building in Reading, PA.
