Job Details
Responsibilities
CDL drivers are responsible for transporting goods on commercial vehicles.
- Drive company vehicles delivering crop inputs to applicators
- Operate plant equipment, as needed such as forklift and loaders
- Help maintain inventory of products
- Basic maintenance and mechanical knowledge of plant equipment
- Help load and mix crop protection and fertilizer products
Requirements
- CDL Class A with HazMat’s License or Class B CDL license with willingness to obtain Class A and HazMat
- Farming and Ag Retail background is a plus
- Good communication skills that run in parallel with operations and the ability to follow instructions and local directions
- Good time management skills
- Proven ability to safely work independently and in a team environment
- Pre-employment drug screen
- Insurable MVR background
- Ability to read, write, and communicate
- Ability to work additional overtime hours to meet customer needs
